Job Description
As a Quotation Officer, you will excel in executing the customer quotation process end-to-end, contributing significantly to sales turnover. You will handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues while collecting and validating all relevant customer information to accurately fulfill their requirements. Your role will involve preparing comprehensive quotations for spare and wear parts, coordinating delivery, invoicing, and payments, and assisting with customer complaints and warranty claims in collaboration with the regional Quality partner.
Job Requirements
Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar educational background
Basic knowledge of machinery and familiarity with MRO
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in order processing, logistics, or customer services
Knowledgeable in incoterms
IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of SAP/CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP SD Module, Stock, Purchasing)
Proficiency in English and any other ASEAN language is an advantage
