Job Description
The Mobile Developer (React Native) will play a key role as a foundational member of a startup team focused on building AI-driven, fully autonomous ERP and MES systems for manufacturing, warehousing, and other industries. This role involves designing and building mobile applications that serve as an interface to an intelligent platform where users collaborate with AI agents to perform tasks such as sales orders and inventory management, enabling businesses to operate with minimal human intervention. The developer will work closely with backend engineers, AI engineers, and UI/UX designers to create advanced enterprise features in a user-friendly mobile experience. The position requires an entrepreneurial, hands-on developer comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to contribute to the development of next-generation enterprise software.
Job Requirements
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
Implement features that connect mobile apps with ERP/MES backend via REST and gRPC APIs.
Develop mobile-first experiences including AI-powered chat, voice commands, camera capture, and GPS-based workflows.
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure mobile applications run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably in enterprise environments.
Write maintainable code with unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest and Detox.
Participate actively in agile development processes including sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews.
Stay current with React Native ecosystem trends, mobile development practices, and AI-driven UI/UX innovations.
Have solid hands-on experience with React Native including state management, navigation, and performance optimization.
Be familiar with Expo including build pipelines, OTA updates, and app publishing for iOS and Android.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or GraphQL into mobile applications.
Understand mobile app lifecycle, offline-first capability, and push notification handling.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code with proper testing practices.
Work with component libraries, animations, and responsive UI to ensure great user experience.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including backend, UI/UX, QA, and AI engineering.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
Be familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
Bonus: Have experience with AI-driven applications, large language model integrations, or autonomous agent systems.
