The Receiving Intern will assist in the receiving and inspection of goods, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity standards. This role provides valuable experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

As a Receiving Intern at Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods to ensure that the quantity and quality match the purchase orders and delivery documents. You will verify delivery orders, invoices, and other receiving documentation while accurately recording and updating received stock in SAP, WMS, or other inventory systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies, and report any damaged, short-shipped, or incorrect items, following up on corrective actions.

Your role will also involve ensuring proper labeling, storage, and put-away of received goods according to warehouse procedures. You will maintain accurate receiving records and filing of documents, support stock counting, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards. The work location is at KKIP near Politeknik KK.
