Role Summary
The Record-To-Report Accountant is responsible for ensuring high quality accounting services. This role contributes to process excellence initiatives and team development within Swarovski’s Global Business Services hub.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks while collaborating with a dynamic team. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting various accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting and reporting tasks.
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Support month-end closure activities.
- Resolve process-related queries.
- Assist with audits.
- Support junior team members.
- Contribute to LEAN process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (functions, pivot table).
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Fluency in English at B2 level (speaking and writing).
Attention to detail and good organization of work.
