The Reservations Executive role involves assisting guests with bookings and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms. The position requires availability for various shifts and includes handling guest requests, bookings, and coordinating with internal teams to support guest stays.
This is a full-time position requiring availability for morning and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled. The role involves handling inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in and check-out support, and guest requests via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms. The incumbent will respond to guest complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues, encourage and respond to guest reviews to maintain high ratings, manage new bookings, amendments, and cancellations across various platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com. Communication with operations, cleaning, and maintenance teams is essential to ensure smooth guest stays, along with providing support during urgent issues and escalating emergencies according to company procedures.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Mandarin is a major plus.
Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Candidates with Hotel Management, Business Admin, PA and secretarial related studies is a plus, but not required.
