Job Description
As a Residence Executive, you will be responsible for managing guest operations at the front desk, ensuring accurate check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. You will also conduct quality control inspections, oversee asset and inventory coordination, and manage system updates within our Property Management System (PMS). This role requires a proactive approach to operational needs and a commitment to maintaining property standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal working experience are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable operating smartphones, mobile apps, and computer systems efficiently.
Prepared to work on a 6-day rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; basic Chinese is an added advantage.
