This role is for a Retail Assistant at Footer Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, involving cash handling and customer service. The position includes managing online orders and supporting shop operations while promoting health socks in a retail environment.
The role involves managing daily cash flow, including accurate cash handling, banking, and reporting. The employee will also handle online orders from e-commerce platforms by processing orders, wrapping parcels, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery. Customer service duties include addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally and promptly. Additionally, the employee will promote Footer's health socks, explain their benefits to customers, maintain attractive product displays, ensure kiosk cleanliness, and support shop operations in collaboration with the Outlet Supervisor while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
At least has a brief experience in retail, F&B, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience handling e-commerce or online order fulfillment will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive, self-motivated, and passionate about health-related products.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on shift schedules.
