The Retail Assistant plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth cash handling and customer interactions. The position requires collaboration with the Outlet Supervisor and adherence to company policies to maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote Footer's health socks and explain their benefits to customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure kiosk cleanliness.
- Support shop operations in collaboration with the Outlet Supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Brief experience in retail, F&B, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in e-commerce or online order fulfillment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive, self-motivated, and passionate about health-related products.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
