The Retail Sales Associate will represent the brand by delivering personalized shopping experiences and guiding customers in selecting products that reflect their style. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, assisting with stock management, and contributing to achieving sales goals while supporting store operations and teamwork.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent education and above.
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Fresh graduates with strong passion for retail are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and stock management is a plus.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for detail.
Sales and KPI driven, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
Good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.
