In this position, you will greet and assist walk-in customers while understanding their needs to recommend appropriate mobility solutions. You will maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and create engaging content for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs to recommend suitable mobility solutions.
- Demonstrate wheelchair features to customers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Study product features and stock availability.
- Assist with light tidying and restocking of products.
- Create TikTok videos to increase the company's exposure and social media presence.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and respectful toward all customers.
Willingness to learn and receive full product training.
Customer-focused and emotionally mature.
Ability to handle light physical tasks such as moving sample wheelchairs.
