
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the retail presence of Corkcicle Malaysia. This role involves building relationships with dealers, retail partners, and corporate clients to drive sales performance across the country.
The Retail Sales Manager will engage in daily activities that include meeting potential partners, visiting stores, and ensuring brand visibility in various retail environments. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and brand building, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail sales, distributor management, or channel development.
Proven track record in opening new stores/dealers or retail accounts.
Experience with lifestyle, sports, FMCG, drinkware, home & living, or retail categories is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
