Job Description

The Retail Sales Manager will engage in daily activities that include meeting potential partners, visiting stores, and ensuring brand visibility in various retail environments. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and brand building, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the network of dealers and retail partners.
  • Drive consistent sales performance across Malaysia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with gyms, lifestyle shops, cafes, and corporate clients.
  • Approach new partners confidently to enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for opening new stores or retail accounts.
  • Report on sales performance and market trends using Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail sales, distributor management, or channel development.

Proven track record in opening new stores/dealers or retail accounts.

Experience with lifestyle, sports, FMCG, drinkware, home & living, or retail categories is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
