The Retail Sales Manager role involves expanding the retail presence of Corkcicle Malaysia by growing the network of dealers, retail partners, gyms, lifestyle shops, cafes, and corporate clients. The manager will focus on brand building, approaching new partners confidently, and driving consistent sales performance across Malaysia.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail sales, distributor management, or channel development.
Proven track record in opening new stores/dealers or retail accounts.
Experience with lifestyle, sports, FMCG, drinkware, home & living, or retail categories is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with daily travel, store visits, and face-to-face sales.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM).
Confident and highly proactive.
Enjoys meeting people and is not afraid of cold calling or visits.
Loves building brands and retail experiences.
Target-driven and hungry for results.
