The Retail Store Assistant or Manager is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the sales team to provide excellent service and foster customer loyalty. This role involves setting goals for staff, monitoring performance, managing recruitment and scheduling, and handling store-level events, promotions, and marketing activities. In addition, the manager resolves customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Minimum 3 6 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese/local dialects.
Energetic, sales-driven, and able to take full ownership of store operations.
A proactive team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
