Job Description
As a Rider Technician, you will be responsible for completing each Roadside Assistant (RSA) task according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your duties include ensuring all provided equipment is in good working condition, conducting vehicle inspections, and delivering and installing batteries as agreed with customers. You will also provide clear explanations to customers regarding any issues identified and ensure that all tasks are completed in the Rider Application within the assigned shift schedule.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in automotive services or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with vehicle inspection processes
Valid driver's license
