Role Summary
The Rider Technician is responsible for completing each Roadside Assistant (RSA) task according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA). This role involves ensuring equipment functionality, conducting vehicle inspections, and delivering services to customers in a timely manner.
Job Description
As a Rider Technician, you will engage in daily tasks that involve vehicle inspections and battery installations while working in a dynamic environment. You will interact with customers and ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete each RSA task according to the SLA.
- Ensure all provided equipment is in good working condition.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
- Deliver and install batteries as agreed with customers.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding identified issues.
- Complete all tasks in the Rider Application within the assigned shift schedule.
- Manage time effectively to meet service demands.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in automotive services or related field.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with vehicle inspection processes.
Valid driver's license.
