Join SBM Offshore as a Risk Based Inspection Team Lead, where you will lead the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) team for multiple Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units during the Operations Readiness phase. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment meets safety, operational, and regulatory standards, while identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
In this position, you will oversee the RBI team, develop tailored methodologies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also mentor junior engineers, coordinate with external contractors, and continuously update the RBI program based on new data and technological advancements.
