Job Description
In this role, the RTR Manager will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across various regions. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with teams across China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Oversee record-to-report operations across multiple markets.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor finance teams in shared services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Implement technology solutions for financial processes.
- Participate in change and transformation projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams or operations in shared services.
At least 10 years of finance accounting experience in finance shared services.
Knowledge of SAP finance module.
Experience in change and transformation projects.
