The role is for a Finance Manager at EY responsible for managing end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities. The Finance Manager will oversee record-to-report (RTR) operations, drive process improvements, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities while managing multiple markets such as China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore.
Job Requirements
Ability to manage multiple market such as China, Taiwan, Korea and Singapore.
Knowledge in SAP finance module.
Experience in change and transformation projects, including process reengineering, technology implementations, and cultural change initiatives.
Minimum qualifications of bachelors degree in finance accounting, qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
Minimum 5 years experience of managing teams/ managing operations in shared services.
10 years experience of finance accounting experience in finance shared service.
