We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. The Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties include preparing and generating quotations, assisting sales representatives, maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, collaborating with the sales team, coordinating with departments for order fulfillment, preparing sales reports, and supporting administrative tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
