Job Description

The Sales Assistant position at CeX Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya involves assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases, handling buy and sell transactions including basic product testing, maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels. The role requires working 45 hours per week on rotation shifts from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and supporting daily retail operations while working closely with team members to achieve store targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Customer-focused, friendly, and a team player.

Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

Interest in gadgets, electronics, or gaming is preferred.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
