Job Description
As a Sales Associate in the eyecare retail sector, you will greet customers and assist them with their eyewear needs, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will work closely with a team to maintain store organization and support sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance related to eyewear products.
- Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales services.
- Support basic fitting and adjustments of frames.
- Assist in sales transactions and maintain store cleanliness.
- Manage stock and product labeling effectively.
- Collaborate with optometrists and dispensers to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets while upholding professionalism and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior retail experience, especially in optical or eyewear, is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Pleasant personality, team player, and service-oriented.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
