As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation of essential sales documents including Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Quotations. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely correspondence related to sales activities, thereby supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Attention to detail and effective communication will be crucial in maintaining relationships with clients and facilitating smooth operations. You will also assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure that all sales processes run efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
