
The Sales Executive role focuses on engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales. The position includes providing personalized customer service, maintaining showroom presentation, and handling administrative tasks related to transactions and records.
The role involves providing excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge while driving sales by meeting targets and effectively promoting products. The position requires maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays along with handling administrative tasks such as processing transactions and keeping accurate records.
Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage for serving diverse clientele).
Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Sales-driven and result-oriented.
Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours.
Added advantage for those with jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications.
