The Sales Promoter is responsible for managing customer inquiries and assisting them with their purchases. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the overall presentation of the business premises.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, helping them with their inquiries and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Help customers with purchasing cold items.
- Ensure shelves are constantly updated with products.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the business premises.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in promotional activities and events.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
Male candidates only.
Minimum education of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
Physically healthy.
Honest and responsible.
Neat personality with good communication skills.
Able to start work immediately.
Willing to work 6 days a week.
