As a Sales Support for Industrial Pumps and Equipment, you will be responsible for managing daily inquiries and processing orders. This includes preparing quotations, providing timely feedback to customers regarding order confirmations, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
Proficient in handling inquiries and processing orders
Ability to prepare accurate quotations and follow up on order confirmations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with industrial pumps and equipment is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
