Job Description
The Clarks SAP FICO Team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams, advisory partners, and external implementation partners to enhance and support FI/CO processes. This role involves managing a sub-team of four external FICO consultants to lead project-based changes and address daily incidents. The successful candidate will gain experience in advanced e-commerce and retail solutions integrated with SAP, while also understanding the business models of a global brand owner.
Job Requirements
7 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
Proven experience in the retail and wholesale industry.
In-depth knowledge of classic GL, CoPa, substitution rules, fixed assets, and internal orders.
Ability to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language.
Experience working in a small elite team to manage external service suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage third parties and suppliers.
Some level of accounting knowledge; any certification will be a plus.
Some level of project management skills to meet deliverables timely and efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
