Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance financial processes and ensure timely transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in managing full set of accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
