Role Summary
The Senior Analyst Transparency Reporting is responsible for ensuring compliance with transparency reporting obligations across Asia & Oceania. Job Description
In this role, you will manage multi-source data collection and conduct quality reviews to ensure accurate and timely disclosures of transfers of value to healthcare professionals and organizations. You will work in a collaborative environment, strengthening controls and adhering to country-specific regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with transparency reporting obligations across Asia & Oceania.
- Manage multi-source data collection for accurate reporting.
- Conduct quality reviews to maintain data integrity.
- Strengthen controls to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transparency.
- Proactively identify and solve compliance-related issues.
- Maintain documentation and version control for reporting processes.
Job Requirements
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field; typically 2–4 years.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking capability.
Familiarity with transparency regulations in Asia & Oceania preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel required.
Strong data analytics ability; Power BI or Qlik Sense preferred.
