The Senior Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist is responsible for driving effective digital marketing strategies and optimizing performance across various channels. This role involves mentoring junior specialists and ensuring strong ROI for clients through data-driven decision-making.
Job Description
In this full-time role, you will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days in the office and two days working from home. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing marketing funnels, overseeing campaigns, and preparing performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales funnels.
- Write compelling sales copy aligned with clients' tone.
- Mentor and guide junior digital marketing specialists.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ideate and optimize creative assets for campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure strong ROI for clients.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong sales copywriting skills in English.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Advertising.
Familiarity with TikTok Advertising and Email Marketing.
Data analytics skills, including experience with Google Analytics.
Experience managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.
Familiarity with GTM, GA4, and Hotjar/Clarity.
