This role is for a Senior Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist at an agency, involving a hybrid work schedule of three days in-office and two days remote. The position includes responsibilities such as developing marketing and sales funnels, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and mentoring junior specialists.
This is a full-time Senior Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home, Monday to Friday. The role involves developing marketing and sales funnels, sales copywriting aligned with clients' tone, mentoring junior specialists, overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ideating and optimizing creative assets, monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring strong ROI for clients, preparing campaign performance reports, and managing digital marketing budgets.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong sales copywriting skills in English and stakeholder management.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience with Meta Advertising, TikTok Advertising, and Email Marketing.
Experience running A/B tests.
Data analytics skills including experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Experience managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.
Experience with GTM, GA4, and Hotjar/Clarity.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO, Programmatic, and mobile ads is a plus.
Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier is a plus.
