As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the development of innovative design concepts, crafting mood boards and space planning layouts that resonate with client visions. Your role involves interpreting complex client needs and translating them into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance the overall environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that each project meets both aesthetic and practical requirements, while also mentoring junior designers to foster their growth and creativity in the field.
Job Requirements
Possess or currently pursuing a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
