Job Description
The Senior/Lead Software Developer (Fullstack) is expected to have 4 to 8 years of full-stack experience, particularly in backend technologies. The role involves collaborating closely with team members to build solutions that meet business needs and working within a team of 10 people engaged in web application or SaaS product development. The candidate should be capable of working independently on software development projects while also coordinating with partners and stakeholders to execute technical requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Experience as a Full-Stack Developer for at least 4 years.
Have experience developing a complete application from scratch, deploy it to production environment and maintaining the application post go-live.
Compulsory experience in LEMP stack, and well-versed in each component.
Minimum 3 years experience in PHP Laravel is required.
Experience in Next.js/React is a plus.
Understands DevOps and deployment best practices and can execute them.
Familiar with cloud environments like AWS or GCP is a plus.
Familiar with TDD/BDD concepts and participated in a TDD/BDD based project.
Excellent understanding of how SQL databases work on a low level, and can design optimized code & databases to handle huge amount of data (> 1b entries).
Able to think positively and critically, using logical and analytical steps to problem solving.
Have great attention to detail.
