Role Summary
The Senior/Lead Software Developer (Fullstack) is responsible for leading the development of web applications and SaaS products. This role involves collaborating with a team to create solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with a team of 10 developers to design, build, and maintain full-stack applications. You will be expected to take ownership of projects, ensuring they meet technical requirements and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications from conception to deployment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and execute technical requirements.
- Ensure code quality through best practices and testing methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Proven experience in developing and deploying applications in a production environment.
Compulsory experience in LEMP stack.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP Laravel.
Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or GCP is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
