Job Description
As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will engage in the creation of motion graphics, videos, and interactive visuals, collaborating closely with the creative director and marketing team. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring high visual quality and staying updated on design trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of multimedia content for campaigns and social media.
- Create motion graphics, videos, and interactive visuals.
- Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team for brand alignment.
- Mentor junior designers and interns to enhance their skills.
- Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain visual quality control across all projects.
- Coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in multimedia design or digital content creation.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with 3D or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
Experience in mentoring junior designers and interns.
