As a Senior Production Executive, you will lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing, filling, and packing operations. Your role involves driving productivity improvements, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards. You will also monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and support quality risk management activities while preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience.
Experience in managing a team.
Familiarity with fast running lines.
Background in Food, Semiconductor, or Pharma Industry.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience handling a team.
