Senior ServiceNow Developer – SWIFT SUPPORT SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role involves managing applications, configuring workflows, and developing custom solutions while collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include designing and implementing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. You will work in a collaborative environment, gathering requirements and presenting innovative ideas to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management modules.
• Manage out-of-the-box applications and configure workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and present ideas.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
