As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include designing and implementing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. You will work in a collaborative environment, gathering requirements and presenting innovative ideas to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management modules.
- Manage out-of-the-box applications and configure workflows.
- Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and present ideas.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Job Requirements
University degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
Experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
