As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary contact for customers during the data center build and onboarding process. Your role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing fit-outs, coordinating with internal teams, and providing ongoing operational support. You'll also conduct audits, manage budgets, and facilitate customer deliveries, ensuring that all expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in project management within data center or IT environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in budget management and financial compliance
Familiarity with design reviews and technical specifications
Experience in customer support and operational reporting
