Service Delivery Manager at Airtrunk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. - Kuala Lumpur

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer experience during the data center build and onboarding process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and facilitating smooth operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing the data center build and onboarding process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all customer expectations are met and maintained throughout the project.
