The Social Media Manager at Inculab is responsible for leading the social media strategies, content planning, and creative execution for multiple brands. The Social Media Manager at Inculab will lead the social media direction for multiple brands, overseeing strategy, content planning, and creative execution. This role involves co-developing brand and campaign strategies with the Social Media Head and managing their execution with a focus on precision and creativity. The manager will guide a small team, handle project timelines, and ensure all posts and campaigns align with the brand's purpose while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Minimum 4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing with agency experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage brands end-to-end from strategy and content to campaigns and timelines.
Strong understanding of storytelling and native marketing across social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to align teams, clients, and creative direction.
Strategic and hands-on approach, comfortable with planning decks, content reviews, and production details.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Experience managing KOL or influencer campaigns including briefing, content review, and reporting is a strong plus.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Must be comfortable working on alcohol brand accounts.
