The Social Media Specialist will manage brand accounts and develop digital strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities include strategising 360 social media marketing plans, managing client social media accounts, conducting market research, analysing brand and competitor performance, overseeing projects to meet objectives, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring campaign progress, proposing improvements, providing updates to stakeholders, preparing reports, measuring project performance, and mentoring social media executives and interns when necessary.
Holds 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and media planning.
Possesses a degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
An active user of major social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Highly creative and knows how to craft engaging content and effective social media strategies.
Has a solid overall understanding of the digital media landscape.
Extremely meticulous, organised, and attentive to detail.
Strong interpersonal abilities and very resourceful in day-to-day tasks.
Skilled in performance tracking and data collection.
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and sound judgement when interpreting data.
Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
Strong command of English with the ability to write clear, effective copywriting.
