Role Summary
The Software Support QS is responsible for providing functional support and guidance to users of the BuildSpace system. This role involves assisting users in resolving technical issues and ensuring they can fully utilize the features offered by BuildSpace.
Job Description
As a Software Support QS, you will engage with users daily, helping them navigate the BuildSpace system and addressing any technical challenges they encounter. You will also collaborate with the development team to relay user feedback and contribute to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to users of the BuildSpace system.
- Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions related to the system.
- Ensure users maximize the features of BuildSpace.
- Interact with the development team to communicate user feedback.
- Support system enhancements based on user input.
- Maintain documentation of user interactions and solutions.
Job Requirements
Background in Quantity Surveying
Experience in software or system support
