Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
Fluent Mandarin required to support Chinese-speaking ASEAN clients.
Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations.
Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches.
Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, focusing on customer value.
Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% travel is essential).
