In this role, you will support the business development team by analyzing client challenges and recommending tailored solutions. You'll assess clients' operational goals, ensuring they are informed about a comprehensive IT strategy that optimizes resource allocation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll integrate technology and operational needs into effective solutions. Additionally, you'll create technical solutions, stay updated on Microsoft technologies, and provide training to the sales team while managing the sales bid process through RFI and RFP responses.
