In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver tailored project solutions that meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Solution Architects to design effective solutions, engaging clients through discussions and workshops, and regularly assessing their priorities. You will also provide technical guidance to team members, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain comprehensive records of challenges and preventive measures for future reference. Attending in-person meetings for troubleshooting and issue diagnosis is also part of the job.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in project solutions delivery
Strong communication skills for client engagement
Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects and partners
Technical expertise to guide team members
Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution
Familiarity with maintaining issue records
