Job Description
In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate collaboration with Agile teams. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Convert business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the software development lifecycle from discovery to cutover.
- Drive high-quality solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management.
Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in business or IT.
5 years+ experience as a Business Analyst.
English as a first language (proficiency test if not).
Ability to work autonomously.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies.
