The Senior Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, prioritized, and converted into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. They support the entire software development lifecycle from discovery to cutover, facilitating collaboration and driving high-quality solutions that deliver measurable business value while championing Agile principles.

Strong capability in eliciting, analysing, and prioritising requirements.
Skilled in breaking down epics into user stories and maintaining traceability.
English as a first language (proficiency test if not).
Ability to work autonomously.
Able to work in Sydney based hours.
5 years+ experience as a BA.
Undergraduate degree in business or IT.
