The Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing cleaning processes. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing yield, cost, quality, and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing cleaning processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements in WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, and Auto titrator.
• Analyze defects and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct technical presentations to communicate process changes and improvements.
