Role Summary
The Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing cleaning processes. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing yield, cost, quality, and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities focused on process development and improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. You will utilize your technical expertise to analyze defects and implement cost-reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing cleaning processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements in WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, and Auto titrator.
- Analyze defects and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct technical presentations to communicate process changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science Engineering, or Physics.
Higher qualifications are welcomed.
Experience or knowledge in Media Cleaning/OSA equipment is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 14000, ISO 9000, BCMS, and RBA procedures.
Strong technical communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
