Job Description
The Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing cleaning processes such as WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, and Auto titrator to enhance yield, cost, quality, and parts per hour. The role involves technical expertise in process development, compliance, cost reduction, defect analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to meet organizational goals and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Material Science Engineering or Physics.
Higher qualification may apply as well.
Candidate with Media Cleaning experience/knowledge/OSA equipment will be an added advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt holder will be added advantage.
Experience in ISO 14000, ISO 9000, BCMS, RBA procedure.
Possess good technical presentation skill.
Excellent technical communication skills (English).
Highly Competent in Engineering.
Ability to clearly explain ideas, both verbally and in writing.
Thinking critically about challenges and proposing workable solutions.
Willingness to work with different kinds of people (cross-functional teams).
Quickly learning new tools, technologies, and processes.
Taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality work.
