The Staff Engineer Process Development is responsible for performing AOI and CDWJ process development activities, including parameters optimization, verification, and freeze, in alignment with project requirements such as timeline, quality, and cost. The role involves creating or updating DFMEA, PFMEA, and process specifications, supporting engineering and qualification builds, and collaborating with material and equipment suppliers for continuous process improvement. Additionally, the engineer will participate in design rules, design for manufacturing, gap analysis, and problem-solving during the development and pre-production stages.
