Job Description
As a Staff Process Engineer, you will be responsible for qualifying, sustaining assembly processes, and implementing process improvements for Power QFN packages and Cu Clip related thin die assembly processes. You will design packages and develop processes to qualify PQFN packages for Smart Power Stage products, ramp up manufacturing volume, and improve assembly yield, capacity, quality, and costs while addressing customer feedback in collaboration with various engineering teams.
