The Stock Associate will oversee stockroom operations and lead a team to ensure efficient inventory management. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain high standards in a retail environment.

As a Stock Associate at LC Waikiki, you will take full responsibility for the stockroom, leading and inspiring your team. You will ensure the effective completion of all delivery and stockroom operations daily, supporting and supervising the Stockroom Team to maintain high standards and compliance with company policies.

Your responsibilities will include planning for incoming shipments, maintaining inventory levels, organizing operational transactions, and supporting stock-to-sales processes. You will also provide leadership for the stockroom team, implement LC Waikiki standards, and work closely with the Store Manager to ensure efficient stock management.
