Role Summary
The Store Promoter (Online & In-Store) is responsible for promoting fertilizer and agricultural products to customers both in-store and online. This role involves engaging with customers, managing social media, and driving sales in the northern region.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers while also managing online sales through various e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and supporting sales activities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote fertilizer and agricultural products to walk-in customers.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance customer engagement.
- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Support sales activities in the northern region.
- Assist in basic store operations and inventory management.
- Conduct live hosting sessions to promote products online.
Job Requirements
Preferably Male Candidates.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in retail, sales, or agriculture industry is an added advantage.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for live hosting.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the northern region when needed.
