Job Description
The Store Promoter (Online & In-Store) role involves promoting fertilizer and agricultural products to walk-in customers and managing social media and e-commerce activities to drive sales and customer engagement. The position includes handling customer inquiries, processing online orders, supporting sales activities in the northern region, and assisting in basic store operations.
Job Requirements
Preferably Male Candidates.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in retail, sales, or agriculture industry is an added advantage.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for live hosting.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the northern region when needed.
