This role is for a Store Supervisor at 1 Utama responsible for leading a team and ensuring a positive experience for customers. The position involves managing communication systems, providing coaching, and fostering a supportive work environment while utilizing Microsoft Excel and working flexible hours.

The role involves creating and maintaining effective communication systems for staff both on and off the shop floor. The candidate will lead by example, demonstrating 5-star customer experience and providing consistent feedback and direction to the team. They will delegate work within the management team to maximize shop floor presence and provide regular coaching and reviews to ensure the team delivers excellent customer service. The role also includes fostering a supportive work environment, utilizing Microsoft Excel, engaging comfortably with new people, and working flexible hours as needed.
