Supply Chain/ Purchasing Executive – INTCO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

The Supply Chain/Purchasing Executive will manage supplier relationships and procurement processes. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to meet procurement needs.

As a Supply Chain/Purchasing Executive, you will identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices, and maintain relationships with existing vendors. You will create and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Conducting cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and collaborating with various departments to understand procurement needs are key responsibilities. Effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders is essential for resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
