The System Engineer - Smart Mobility Plant is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting IT-related hardware and software issues. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of the Smart Mobility Plant through effective network performance monitoring and infrastructure development.
Job Description
As a System Engineer at Perodua, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve addressing user-reported IT issues and maintaining network equipment. You will collaborate with cloud providers to enhance cloud-based infrastructure while preparing documentation and reports for your supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot IT-related hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cloud providers to develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure.
- Maintain and manage network equipment to ensure reliability.
- Prepare documentation and reports for supervisory review.
- Ensure smooth operations within the Smart Mobility Plant.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Networking / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering.
Knowledge in the automotive industry or automotive business processes is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Well-versed in advanced programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Able to multi-task and work independently.
