T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant – Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd.

This role is a T&T Consultant position focused on organizational transformation through change management. The consultant will work closely with project managers to develop and implement recommendations for clients and support various aspects of organizational and change initiatives, including facilitating workshops and assisting with financial administration.

The role involves gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses to support project objectives. The individual will work closely with the Project Manager in discussions to develop recommendations for client management and assist in implementing these recommendations with the project and client teams. The position includes providing support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives, facilitating client workshops, and assisting with the financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections.
