The T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - Organization Workforce Transformation (Change Management) is responsible for supporting project objectives through information analysis and hypothesis testing. This role involves close collaboration with project managers and client teams to implement organizational and change initiatives effectively.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in gathering and analyzing information to formulate recommendations that align with project goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate workshops and manage financial aspects of engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze information to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to develop recommendations.
- Assist in implementing recommendations with project and client teams.
- Provide support to clients in delivering organizational and change initiatives.
- Facilitate client workshops to drive engagement and understanding.
- Assist with financial administration of engagements, including budgets and billing.
- Support the collection processes related to project engagements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in change management or organizational transformation.
Familiarity with financial administration processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
