T&T Senior Analyst – Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd.

The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Basis) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role involves troubleshooting production incidents, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service delivery.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations by troubleshooting and resolving production incidents while maintaining effective communication with clients. You will also collaborate with diverse project teams to deliver application solutions and uphold the firm's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 AMS support and troubleshoot production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
• Collaborate with development teams for application enhancements.
• Prepare progress and status reports for clients.
• Escalate delivery issues and manage service-level agreements.
• Maintain documentation according to standards and procedures.
• Adhere to standard AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project teams in application delivery and client communication.
• Uphold firm standards and ethical interactions with clients.
• Assist in business development activities including proposal and presentation preparation.
