The role involves providing Level 2 Application Managed Services (AMS) support by troubleshooting and resolving production incidents of simple to medium complexity, collaborating with developers on enhancements, and maintaining documentation. The position requires regular communication with clients, escalation of issues that may impact service levels, adherence to AMS processes and client IT policies, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the candidate may be assigned to project teams to support the delivery of application solutions, assist in developing presentation materials and documentation, and coordinate client communications. The role includes working with diverse project teams to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients, while upholding the firm's standards and contributing to business development efforts through proposals and presentations.
Ability to provide Level 2 AMS support and troubleshoot production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
Capability to collaborate with development teams for application enhancements.
Skill in preparing progress and status reports for clients.
