
The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP FICO) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role serves as a critical liaison between the Business/Client IT Team and the AMS team, ensuring effective communication and resolution of production incidents.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve troubleshooting production incidents and collaborating with developers on enhancements. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in application support or managed services.
Familiarity with SAP FICO is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
