Role Summary

The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP FICO) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role serves as a critical liaison between the Business/Client IT Team and the AMS team, ensuring effective communication and resolution of production incidents.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve troubleshooting production incidents and collaborating with developers on enhancements. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth troubleshooting for production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers on enhancements within agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver regular progress and status reports to clients.
  • Escalate issues promptly to management to avoid service disruption.
  • Maintain documentation according to firm standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
  • Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project teams in application implementation and development of work products.
  • Prepare presentation materials and coordinate client communications.
  • Work effectively with diverse project team members and uphold professional standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience in application support or managed services.

Familiarity with SAP FICO is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
