This role is for a Senior Analyst providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support to business IT teams. The position involves troubleshooting production incidents, collaborating with developers on enhancements, maintaining documentation, and supporting application implementations while ensuring compliance with client IT policies and AMS processes.
This role involves providing Level 2 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, serving as a liaison between Business/Client IT Team, partnering systems, and the AMS team. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents, collaborating with developers on enhancements, providing regular progress reports, escalating issues as needed, maintaining documentation, complying with established AMS processes and client IT policies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role may involve project team membership to support application implementation, delivery of solutions, development of work products aligned with client business needs, preparation of presentation materials, and coordination of client communications.
Ability to provide in-depth troubleshooting for production incidents of simple to medium complexity.
Capability to collaborate effectively with developers on enhancements within agreed timeframes.
Skill in providing regular progress and status reports to clients.
Ability to escalate issues promptly to management to avoid service disruption.
Competence in maintaining documentation according to firm standards and procedures.
Adherence to AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
Willingness to participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to support project teams in application implementation and development of work products.
Skill in preparing presentation materials and coordinating client communications.
