The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the medical facility across multiple branches. This includes managing front desk operations, manpower planning, stock ordering, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. The role involves maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, customer experience, and patient care, while handling and resolving patient complaints professionally.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or a supervisory/team leader role.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple branches or teams.
Good knowledge of clinic operations, inventory management, and billing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical practitioners, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and operational challenges professionally.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
Willing to travel between branches when required.
